Jessica Crowley

Jessica is a Co-Founder of Agileon, Organizational Development Consultant, and Change Management Strategist. She is also a doctoral student at Johnson & Wales University College of Professional Studies, where she is studying organizational development and change management with a focus on bureaucratic environments.

She has over ten years of experience in leading agile and change management transformations in various industries, such as defense, aerospace, rail, manufacturing, consumer goods, and pharmaceuticals. She has worked with senior leaders around the world, helping them capture their strategic vision, assess their current state, select innovative solutions, and execute proven strategies to reach their desired outcomes. She has successfully optimized organizational operating models, designed and led agile transformations, championed employee-led change, and employed scientific, empirical studies for transformation programs.

Jessica is passionate about empowering and enabling individuals and teams to thrive in complex and uncertain environments. She is a trusted advisor and a skilled facilitator, coach, mentor, and trainer. She holds multiple certifications, including PMP, Certified Kanban Professional, Registered Scrum Inc. Fellow, Registered Scrum Trainer, Scrum@Scale Trainer, Certified SAFe Program Consultant, Registered Scrum Master, and Registered Product Owner. She is also a speaker and a writer on topics related to agile and change management.
