Roy is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Agileon. With a rich 17-year career, Roy is known for his deep expertise in agile practices and program innovation. As the former Director of Product at Scrum Inc., he led the development of role-based agile courses, mentored numerous individuals towards Scrum Trainer certification, and spearheaded digital learning initiatives that greatly enhanced the organization's training capabilities.

Previously, as the Director of the National Security Defense Innovation Program at the Department of the Navy, Roy implemented Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean Thinking across more than 35 commands and units within the Il Marine Expeditionary Force and the Special Operations Command. His efforts realized $2.1M in cost savings through the development of internal capabilities, benefiting over 300 personnel and 2,100 co-located staff and end-users.

Roy's commitment to sustainability and organizational growth is evident through his successful track record. His ability to tailor agile training and coaching programs, combined with his strategic insight, has consistently yielded cost-effective and sustainable outcomes in varied settings, including Fortune 500 companies and the U.S. military.
